LUMEN is here to shift the paradigm in how we engage with our fertility as women.

A journey for the woman who senses that there is something far beyond her fertility, than what she has been told. It is the bridge for the woman who knows she is meant to become a Mother and who knows deep in her bones and blood that her path needs the depths of surrender, devotion and wisdom to carry her on the other side of fertility.

Lumen bridges biology and spirit, to weave all aspects of woman into form. Lumen is a journey to reweave lifeforce, back into the wombs and hearts of womankind. This program is for the woman who has read the books, listened to the podcasts, seen all of the experts, but knows that there is a wisdom deeper than the logic of her fertility.

Lumen is for the woman who is done believing that her body, her very own blood, powerforce, womb, biology have betrayed her. The woman who is ready to remember the multi-dimensional wisdom of fertility in a way that shifts the current paradigm.

She comes to Lumen to embody her unique womb wisdom & empower creational conception within her body and being. She comes to Lumen to dissolve extraction and outsourcing. To feel her vitality. To reinforce the waters of her fertility. To merge herself with the spirit of Great Mother.

She is prepared to show up devotionally to her body, to unwind herself from conditioning that has severed her from her intact biology, and prepared to surrender to the great mystery.

What makes this different from other programs?

LUMEN is the baby born from two teachers who have intentionally blended together their embodied teachings and walks of life: Manuela (from mitochondria to egg cell for female fertility) and Jasmine (from deep blood & womb wisdom, opening up to conception).

We explore together the depth of cellular structure, female biology, nervous system, fascia, hormones, metabolism, ancestral lineage, nourishment for female biology and fertility, womb connection, female body embodiment and wisdom and more.

We fuse together two different blueprints, like two cells merging into one whole body of work that has never been created before, from ceremonial Self Touch Practices to Spirit Baby Connection.

WHO WE ARE

Manuela

Manuela is a biologist, Clinical Nutrition specialist, former researcher in Endocrinology and Metabolism, and a practitioner of Phytotherapy and Plant Medicine. Her work bridges the precision of science with the depth of feminine embodiment — a union that defines her unique approach to women’s biology.

She teaches women how to understand their physiology not as a mechanical system, but as a living, intelligent, feminine architecture.

Her focus spans mitochondria, minerals, hormones, fascia, circadian biology, the ancestral blueprint of nourishment, and the cellular wisdom that make fertility possible.

Manuela believes the womb is the compass of a woman’s entire life — a portal of vitality, creation, and deep knowing. When women return to this inner intelligence, they stop outsourcing their power to the medical industry and begin restoring the structure, trust, and devotion that our body and health (and fertility) truly require.

Her teaching is rooted in truth over trend, biology over fear, and embodiment over overwhelm. She supports women in becoming deeply educated about their bodies, fiercely self-responsible, and profoundly reconnected to their capacity to create life — in every sense.

Jasmine Rose is a woman of profound devotion and expertise. A guide at the intersection of ceremonial womb wisdom and embodied physiology.

With over a decade of experience tending to the birth continuum, she bridges the physical and the mystical, the ancient and the modern, to restore reverence to the intelligence of the feminine body.

Rooted in the medicine of the Rose, Jasmine’s work invites women into deep remembrance of tenderness as power, of the womb as oracle, and of our womanhood as deep medicine. Her teachings weave together the art of ceremony, somatic education, and feminine anatomy, creating spaces of great initiatory wisdom.

Through mentorship, birthwork, ceremonial bodywork, and immersive group journeys, Jasmine tends the thresholds of womanhood with grace, precision, and devotion.
