WELCOME BACK AUTUMN

Season changes are never pleasant, and autumn is no exception, also because we have to readjust ourselves at the pace we had set aside. For these reasons our mind, as well as our body, could encounter some difficulties and be more exposed to seasonal ailments.

Fatigue, bad temper, even depression, while a cold shot immediately lowers our immune defenses, especially if we are not in good health, and it is easy to find ourselves with a cold, cough, flu or a backache.

Fortunately there are some tricks that can help us to better face these climatic passages. Nutrition is the first tool of care at hand and through simple rules allows us to be in harmony with the cyclical nature of the seasons and of Nature.

We have three main goals for the arrival of autumn:

1. To free organism from accumulated toxins during the summer period, maybe an extra happy hour, too much frying, midnight spaghetti…

2. Re-integrate minerals and vitamins essential for the body's support

3. Protect the skin, mucous membranes and eye structures from the aging process that may be caused by excessive exposure to the sun in the summer months

Before going with the explanation of why I created an juice that can support us in the change of season towards the autumn, I want to give some general advice regarding nutrition:

• Consume foods rich in Vit C, present above all in citrus fruits, in kiwis, in pomegranates, in apples, in cabbage

• Consume regular seasonal vegetables such as pumpkins, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, radicchio, less watery than summer vegetables and richer in mineral salts

• Promote the purification of the body with herbal teas and warm drinks

• Drink warm water with a few drops of lemon every morning when you wake up

• Increase the consumption of oil seeds such as walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pine nuts, cashews, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.

• Consume legume and cereal soups regularly which can replace animal proteins

• Strengthen the intestinal bacterial flora to fight infections and support the immune system through the use of

By following these indications nature's course will be respected and our body's needs will be met, allowing this change of season to be tackled with energy and vitality, keeping us healthy throughout the winter.

To deal with the change of season and the fall, it may be useful to consult the suggestions of Ayurveda, traditional Indian medicine. APPLE CUCUMBER GRAPE EXTRACT

Grapes are rich in antioxidants

The grape, in particular its black variant, is a highly beneficial concentrate of flavonoids.
